What Counts as an Emergency?
Not every garage door issue needs an emergency call — but some genuinely do. If any of the following describe your situation, don't wait until morning:
- Door is stuck open and your home or business is unsecured
- Door won't close and it's getting dark or raining
- Door fell suddenly or came off its tracks
- A spring snapped and the door dropped unexpectedly
- Door is partially open and you can't get it to move
- Someone or something is at risk due to a door malfunction
- Your vehicle is trapped inside or outside
We Actually Pick Up
Our emergency line is not a voicemail box or an answering service that takes a message and calls you back in the morning. When you call after hours, you reach an actual person who can dispatch a technician or walk you through what to do while we're on the way.
Response Times
We aim to have a technician at your location within 60–90 minutes of your call throughout Fort Lauderdale and Broward County. Exact timing depends on current demand and your location, but we'll give you an honest ETA when you call.
While You Wait
If your door is stuck open and you're waiting for us, a few things you can do to secure the space: pull any vehicles close to the opening to deter entry, bring valuables inside, and if possible, stay in a room with a view of the garage. Do not try to manually force a broken spring door — this is dangerous and can make the repair more complicated.
Emergency Pricing
Emergency and after-hours calls carry a higher service fee than standard appointments — that's the trade-off for immediate availability. We'll always tell you the full cost before any work begins, and there are no surprise charges on your invoice afterward.
